We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to any client at our sole discretion. Cancellation/No Show must be done 24 hours or more before the appointment time. Cancellations done within 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% fee to be paid before the next appointment can be booked, to be waived at our discretion. No-shows are unacceptable, anyone who no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee and given a second chance to book. If a no-show happens for a second time, client will be charged 100% of the appointment again and be unable to book future appointments with Natural Aesthetics Den.
